Saving the Boyd will require a wide variety of volunteers and skills: Architects, Lawyers, Fundraisers, Artists, Letter writers, as well as volunteers to make phone calls, hang up posters and hand out flyers.

Call Your Elected Officials
Please call or fax your city councilpersonand tell them
- They should tell L&I (Licenses and Inspections) to revoke the demolition permit
- They should support some City funding for restoring Sameric if operated by a nonprofit organization
- That a mixed use venue for live events, including many community oriented performances by local groups, and many special film events, would be much better for the City than a demolished theater turned parking lot.
