Right panel of Mural by acclaimed artist Alfred Tulk above the movie screen, Opening Day program described the “beautiful ultra-modern mural, which dedicates the theatre to the progress made by women in the history of the world. It depicts the defense of the Amazon Queen of Grecian legend against the forces of Asia on one side, with elephants, men, bows and arrows, and Africa on the other, with Egyptian scenes of warfare.”
